James Huntley BSc M.C.I.A.T. OCDEA
Established in 2007, I have been providing architectural services to many happy and satisfied clients mainly within Aberdeenshire, however, more recently this has also included clients in Dumfries and Galloway, Highlands and Devon.

Chartered in 2014, qualified as a OCDEA SAP assessor in 2022 and became Limited in 2023.

I pride myself on being prompt and professional with the aim of making the design process as simple and cost effective as possible for the client.

From concept through to the point of construction, I provide you with all the required drawings / specifications so that you can appoint a builder or project manage the work yourself.
My Services Include:
- Surveys (full house and basic ground levels)
- Feasibility Studies
- Preparing planning application drawings
- Carrying out Planning Applications
- Preparing Building Warrant drawings
- Carrying out Building Warrant Applications
- Sourcing suitable consultants (Structural engineer, bat survey, geotechnical survey etc) if required.
- Conversion or New Build SAP assessments/calculations
- U-value calculations
I have a very competitive fee structure, this can be discussed at the initial meeting.
